Important Note:
To function properly, EPE upgrade requires a corresponding E-Portal upgrade. Creative Software takes no responsibility for errors encountered in either EPE or E-Portal when an upgrade of either product is not done in unison. If in doubt, please contact Technical Support Helpdesk.

For users with ePortal system:
If your current ePortal version is 7.6.0.x (Version number is available on the ePortal's login page), you can proceed with the download of this EPE program update. Otherwise, please contact our Technical Support Helpdesk for consultation and assistance for upgrading.

The latest program updates (Easy Pay Enterprise version 8.1.0.0) is now available for download. This version carries the SDL changes (Singapore version) effective on 1st October 2008.

Guide to Filling in EPE Serial Number:
For customers who are unaware of their product serial number, we are providing the following ways where users can locate the number:

1. Check your latest Maintenance Billing Invoice for the intended product. Your Product Serial Number is indicated on it.

2. Start Easy Pay Enterprise program. Login into the program and then proceed to "Help" menu and choose "License Info". Your company's product serial number will be shown there.

3. Or call us at 62780097, and press the number ' 0 ' to enquire your product serial number.

Guide for filing in EPE Version:
Go to Easy Pay Enterprise program and login into the program. Click on the “Help” menu and choose “About”. Your Program Version is indicated at the “Database Version”.

Current ePortal version * :

To check, the version number is on the top left-hand corner of login screen
