What does it do?
Sage EPE's Human Resource Solutions is a powerful application that allows you to effectively manage every other aspect of an employee apart from payroll matters. This solution comprises of several modules which can be used as a standalone application or with each other.

Medical Module
The Medical Module allows you to manage three essential requirements - medical claim, medical examinations and medical history.
- The Medical Claim function allows you to administrate medical benefits for various types of entitlement based on employee group or level.
- The Medical Examination function allows you to manage employees' medical examination, results, fees, and other reimbursements. All of which can be linked to the Medical Claim function for processing.
- The Medical History function allows you to manage employees' current and previous medical conditions and treatments. Multiple medical history records can also be created to allow each medical history with its own medical reports.
Benefits of Medical Module
- Allows different medical claim policies to be assigned to individuals or groups.
- Allows limits to be set for each claim transaction and period.
- Displays claim amount balance.
- Monitors capping limits.
- Tracks historical claim records.

Training Module
The Training Module allows you to manage each employee's training history, training courses and training costs, in addition to keeping track of your company's investments on training. With optional add-ons on Bond Module and Skill Module, each employee's skill-sets acquired through courses or bond period can be tagged and utilised whenever.
Benefits of Training Module
- All course fees can be detailed and monitored, together with any subsidies or grants. This allows any reimbursements to be easily executed through payroll if the employee has paid upfront.
- Allows unlimited staff training courses to be defined.
- Allows each course application to be tracked.
- Allows course transcripts and certificates to be stored and saved.

Appraisal Module
The Appraisal Module allows you to manage each employee's performance appraisal. In addition, it allows you to customise the appraisal forms with the Form Designer feature.

- Allows customizable appraisal forms and performance grading system.
- Allows you to link performance bonus to Pay Module.
- Allows you to link career changes like promotion or demotion.
- Allows the basic rate to be adjusted by fixed amount or percentage.
- Allows you to link payroll for pay adjustments.
