How to create Fixed OT rate?
1. Go-to Payroll > Setup > OT Table Setup
2. At OT Setup, click on OT Rate tab, click New to create new fixed OT Rate
3. Enter OT Rate Id e.g. Std 8.00 fix Rate
4. Select OT Rate type = Fixed Rate, enter Amount and click Save
5. A Property window will open, select the options as per your requirement e.g if the OT rate is subject to CPF, double click on 'Subject to Ordinary' and click Save
6. At OT Table tab, go-to Standard tab, select OT Table id. At the bottom records, select the new OT fixed rate to bring it to the right, click Save
7. At Assign Employee tab, select the OT Table id, check if employee is selected. If not, you may select to the right
8. Go-to Pay record and Reprocess employee’s pay records
