Also critical is getting statutory system updates as soon as applicable. These service options are included for all customers under annual system support & maintenance contract.

There are other times when you need extra dedicated on-site hands-on help with your system. Now we have a more responsive way to provide "hands-on".

We are launching a new service option VOST - "Virtual Onsite Support Tool".

Virtual Onsite Support Tool (VOST) termed "GoToAssist" (GTA) that takes the pains from you having to wait for the next appointment to deploy our consultant onsite (only when is deemed required by Creative). With this tool, we could response almost immediately and even saved you productive time at half the onsite service fees cost.

How does Creative Software’s VOST work?

Step 1
You need to be on the phone with Creative Software Consultant to get the security pin for access to this tool. You also need to have internet access from your PC running our system .

Step 2
After entering a code that we will provide in step 1, you will initiate the screen sharing session.

Step 3
You will be prompted to download a small Viewer.

Step 4
With your permission, we will view your screen and share control of you screen and keyboard. You always have overriding control and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
