This enables all forms of data mining and graphical analysis on Easy HRM’s rich database. It offers a complete and tailored reporting environment and is easily used by people with minimal computer experience. All information imported from other applications, including payroll information, is available for reporting through the Ad Hoc Report Writer. For greater convenience, the data can also be exported directly to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Crystal Reports. The Ad Hoc Report Writer can even be used as a simple yet powerful mail merge utility for letters, notices and corporate announcements.
