The Pay Management Module provides analysis and standard reporting of pay information over unlimited historical periods. The Pay Management Module enables storage, query, reporting and analysis of each employee’s complete remuneration structure and pay information. In addition to individual case histories, the module enables analysis of pay trend information by geography, division, company and/or cost center. The Pay Management module can work with data imported from ANY payroll management application or data source.
